Recycling Bin and Online settings reset itself on the 15th of a month

On the 15th day of every month, my computer tends to do this very weird thing in which its online setting tends to "reset" itself: All the online accounts I am usually signed into are all logged off and I need to log back into them, and some sites just seem to load incompletely. My recycling bin also empties itself as well on the same day. This always happens at precisely 12 noon

Is there a reason for this because it creeps me out? I use Firefox as my primary Internet since Chrome was giving me too many problems and yet I've never encountered this problem before with Chrome.

My guess is you have some third party app or program that is doing it. Maybe have a look at your scheduled tasks in task manager?
