reduce internet Queries

hi folks
i have 3G INTERNET Access with 1 GB limitation ,
when the limitation is reached there will be extra charge .

the thing is when your pc sends so many Queries to the internet "Upload data "
it counts as wasted MB's for me ,for this goal i've done the following :

Turn off windows update since it sends so many things from Administrator Tools -> services and few Services i don't want . but the thing is my bandwidth monitor indicates uploading data is continuously raising still .

so is there any ideas what to turn off and how to control Ports ?

You can't totally stop uploads because your PC has to tell the connected server that you have received the data.

What i will suggest though is use firefox and install some plugins like adblock plus etc...
