Reformat Windows 7 without CD?

You cannot format if you have no disc. If you did you would no longer have anything on the hard drive. And remove your email or you will get so much spam you will not know that to do.

If you want to format your hard drive completely, you could boot into a puppy linux live cd and use gparted. then select 'new partition table' and it will wipe everything.
