Solved Regarding Caps Lock popup

I remembered whenever i hit the caps lock, there will be this grey coloured lock appearing at the middle of my screen. However, i realize it's gone. I mean its not really important to me, but just getting paranoid over it.

What happen and how do i bring it back?

Keyboard drivers or some helper program, I know Dell puts some like that on laptops.

Have you used msconfig to disable any startup programs?

Oh yes, thanks alot! I manage to get it back there
I disable several items using Ccleaner.

Im just puzzled. If i stop the programme during startup, i have to manually start the programme?

It will be manual until it is re-enabled as a start-up program.
