What is the difference between registering a .dll by doing this:
regsvr32 <path & filename of the dll
Versus doing this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32]
