i am running as an administrator, but every time i try to register cusom Dlls I get an error message saying that I don't have rights to the registry. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?

i have MS Visual studo 2008 when I try to debug it tells me that I need administrative rights to the registry. But i am an administrator on this machine.
