Registry Errors

Good Morning Folks:

I recently started running Windows 7 that came preinstalled on a Dell Inspiron 64 bit machine. In general, everything is working quite well so the following problem doesn't appear to be interfering with the operation. However, being a fanatic regarding having all functions running error free, I would like some guidance regarding eliminating some registry errors.

Yesterday when I ran as simple system scan of my computer I came across a dozen registry errors that the scan app could not fix. I then ran an elevated scan on the registry only and got a result that showed 112 errors as listed below:

File Associations = 6
File Extensions = 3
Application Paths = 1
Com and Active X = 102

I have attached a printout of the report and what I am wondering is if I can go into the registry and manually deleted these items?

Any assisstance will be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall Auslogics Boost Speed and try running
System Files - SFC Command - Vista Forums

Ran sfc scannow and chkdisc. Both came back showing no problems. Thanks for yoyr reply.

C Cleaner is very good and free too. It wil clear everything out for you - No way I'm hand editing them out with regedit!
