Registry_error

I just installed windows 7 on my computer. It worked for a while.
Now I get a 'registry_error' with a blue screen a couple of seconds after I logged in my account. Then the computer restarts itself.

Maybe you guys could help me out with this?

Can you login to safe mode and make a new account? If you can do that then it's pretty easy to copy everything over into the new account.

Why would I make a new account?

There are 3 accounts on my computer. It doesn't matter which account I login to, I always get the same error to appear.

To determine whether or not the problem was with the account itself.

From your last post, it seems that is not the case.

You will probably need to do a repair install.

Scratch that... You can't do a repair install if you can't log in.

Try rebooting and keep tapping F8 during boot. Try to load the last known good configuration and see what happens.

it might not work either, in which case you might try to log in using safe mode

or a system restore.

I see. But if I press f8 I don't get to see the advanced boot options..
