You are running an ASUS Product ID on an ASRock board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
Code:
OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
Registered Owner: xxxx
Registered Organization:
Product ID: [COLOR="Red"]00426-OEM-8992662-00173[/COLOR] <-- ASUS PID on ASRock board
Original Install Date: 15-12-2014, 2:13:27
System Boot Time: 28-10-2015, 13:35:48

Install a genuine copy of Windows.
If after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you stll get BSOD's we will be more then happy to help.
