Regular BSODs, unable to find specific trigger/cause

I'm not sure what to write here, I included the diagnostics zip but I'll fill this out anyway:
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, ATI Radeon HD 4800 series video card, and I've had problems on a pretty regular basis since around late January, when someone attempted to change my system drive to an SSD (didn't work for nontechnical reasons, things were set back but some changed settings out of my knowledge may be causing this, the person responsible has been known to change options without telling me). I have no problems accessing the SSD, reading or writing to it. It's still connected.
My friend suspected it may be an audio card problem so I've changed audio cards for the moment to an Audigy while waiting for a better one that I ordered to come in the mail, unfortunately the audio on the Audigy is all weird in games (particularly Skyrim) so it seems it might be bad, and I've also continued to get BSODs.
They USUALLY happen when I'm watching or playing something. Earlier today, it was watching netflix. The other day, it was a game. Another time I woke up to it having blue screened so it's not a sure thing, and it often crashes/hangs in the middle of minidumps so the logs are not anywhere near the full extent of the problem.
I ran memtest off usb for 4 passes (which about 10 hours) with no errors.
I'm not really sure which direction to go from here, thank you for your help!

You need to update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

But all your crash dumps are different with different probable causes, all those probable causes being OS components. It is a sign of hardware failure. 4 passes of memtest is never enough, you need to run it for at least 7-8 passes.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. i appreciate it a lot. sorry if I seem a bit short.
I had been holding off on updating them since in 2012, when I didn't have any major problems, it seemed to induce them and rolling it back fixed it. I have updated it now. Unfortunately it didn't change much.
My last BSOD was about 10 minutes ago playing a Steam game with pretty low requirements (Lone Survivor) but it hung during the crash dump without a specific error message (just parameters) and I had to hard reset.
I've attached the diagnostics, but nothing except the video card driver has changed - the minidump didn't get saved.
Do you suspect anything in particular when you say hardware problem?

Yes, there is no new crash dump. And absence of a crash dump, it is difficult to test the cause of the crash.

Update Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver from Realtek

Update Hamachi Network Interface driver from https://secure.logmein.com/US/support/hamachi2/

Free up the startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Dont forget about a complete 8 pass memtest.
