Reinitalizing HHD

I have an unused 1TB HHD that I tried to initialize the other day. The initialization was successful but I ended up with a 100 mb partition which I didn't want. I tried shrinking the volume but it got even worse. This drive will be used for storage only so I want the maximum space available. Can anyone help me straighten out the mess on Disk 3?

Did you initialize as GPT instead of MBR?

No, it was initialized as a MBR.

Have you tried to create one large partition? Right now everything is unassigned. Try to create one large partition and see what happens.
