Dear Windows Seven Forums,

I have recently installed Windows 7. My Hardware environment has not changed. During both occasions I, was listening to music with the latest edition of winamp, but I was performing several other tasks as well, within Firefox and Internet Explorer. The Microsoft eLearning site will not work in Firefox.

I do not have any errors within Device Manager.

I am a little doubtful of my Soundcard's software, It is not behaving in the same way, it used to in my Previous Win7 Installation.

I have uploaded the necessary files.

Thank you for your help,
TPranara.

You need to update your MMO Gaming Mouse driver, as it is very old, it goes back to 2008. Search for updates in Razer Support. If updates are available, install those and observe the situation.

Otherwise, better you change that old hardware.

BTW, your BIOS is similarly old, too. You may pay an attention to it, if you think.

I downloaded the drivers for the World Of Warcraft Mouse directly from the Steel Series Web site. It's all they have. As for my cmos. I don't like the idea of flashing my own computer and potentially wrecking it. I just want to mention, that I only reinstalled the OS this week. I've used the same hardware as before. Same Mouse Drivers and Cmos as before and the same windows version as before, and it was running 12 months with out issues.

I have gone to the Razor site. And it appears they sell Razor products. I have tried to search for my mouse anyway. Needless to say. My mouse is NOT a razor product. It is a Steel Series Product.

SteelSeries - World of Warcraft® MMO Gaming Mouse

World Of Warcraft® MMO Gaming Mouse

OS: Win 2000, Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7
Region: EN, FR, DE, ES, KO, CN. Version: 1.14. Released: 2011-08-23

Don't know why you are getting an old date on a driver that was released on 2011-08-23

Description here: Driver Reference Table - Mo3Fltr.sys

The result is provided by your crash dump. The Crash dump is written my the computer itself. I am nobody here but the interpreter. And, the driver update link nicely goes to Razor's site.

Interesting, However it doesn't make any sense, due to there being no razor products in this house what so ever. I think that particular site where you referenced the driver, is error for that particular driver reference. Further googling for information shares very little in regards to Razor. It's a definite Steel series problem, and other people are getting very little customer support for it. Needless to say i'll jump on the bandwagon and dance a little.

It does make a sense that the product is an old razor product, which razor sold to some other party and revoked all support on it; whereas the buyer party failed to generate any help mechanism. They sold those products in new brand and package only, but kept the old drivers.

The users of that product thought that they are using a new hardware, whereas they got all old stuff in in packaging only.
