Reinstalled windows7: 2 Controllers missing

Hi,

I have bought Dell Inspiron 580s system (windows7 Home basic, i3-530 processor, 4GB RAM & 320 GB HD). It was working fine and then I have reinstalled the windows7. Now network adapter(modem) is not coming up. Device MAnager is showing 2 Controllers with yellow icon:
1) Ethernet Controller
2) PCI Simple Communication Controller

I have installed Modem drivers from the Dell Drivers CD. But still these are still coming as yellow (not working). System not detecting these herdware.

Please suggest the solution.

Hi,
Installed Broadcom BCM57788 LOM Driver by downloading R250303.exe
Only thing is that for this to work prerquistie is: .NET framework should be installed on your system. I have installed .net framework 3.5 first then re-installed it. Restart and it should work fine.
