I need to reinstall my windows because a keyboard problem(the little "a" dosnt Work) And I need to reinstall it without loosing Any data in my system Partition...
Its any Method to do that

Don`t re install windows because your A doesn`t work, just buy another keyboard.

Clean Reinstall Windows 7.
But you always should have all data backed up externally because the hard drive could fail at any time.
How do you know that the problem is software? Have you tried another keyboard yet?
Remember you have an On-Screen keyboard to use in such cases until it is resolved, in Control Panel>Ease of Access
