Reinstalling Windows 7 again

Hey Dudes

Really quick and hopefully simple question here.

I bought Windows 7 today and I am having some issues that reinstalling may correct. Now if I reinstall again, enter my product code, install and get into windows and activate again, will I have any issues?

Remember, I have already activated and its been confirmed. If i try and reactivate will it just accept it again without me having to phone microsoft or anything?

Also I understand that there is a few posts already about this but none (that I saw) asked about actual activation.

You can run a repair install which is an Upgrade over your Win7 install. But that also requires you to reactivate which is no problem and should be over the internet when you click the activation link on Computer>Properties page. If not the call is a painless exchange of numbers, but rarely necessary.
