So I got the Windows 7 Disc and I tried to follow the clean Isntall but it is saying I need an administrative password and I dont have it is there a way to run it so I dont need it?
The prompting for a password unless having one assigned to the bios would only be seen if you are trying to run the 7 installer while booted in Windows. Otherwise if you starting off with a clean install of 7 going onto the drive to replace a previous install the same instructions regarding a live boot from the 7 dvd or USB Install Key can also be looked over at http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html
By gathering SP1 and as many updates as you want you can save quite a bit of time after the fresh copy of 7 goes on having already compiled the service pack along with the updates.
