Solved Reinstalling windows 7 without a cd on Sony Vaio

Hi,

I want to reinstall windows 7 home premium 64 bits on my sony vaio laptop, but I can't do it using the assist button. I can only run my laptop under safe mode. Also, I don't have a windows 7 disk but with a product key. Can anyone tell me the procedures to reinstall it without cd? Thanks a lot. Btw please also tell me where to get the ISO file and how to burn it into a DVD. Please be specific. Thanks.
