Remapping: Adding symbols to keys (involving Alt Gr and FN combos)

Hello,

This regards remapping some keys on my keyboard. I don't know exactly how to ask the question, so I will just describe exactly what I want to do, and I hope someone can give me some advice on how to do this.

1. In the upper left corner of my keyboard, right below the ESC key, there is a key called §, and the same key can also type ½ if pressed while holding SHIFT. I want to somehow customize this key, so while holding the FN key and pressing the key, the vertical bar symbol | will be typed.

2. I also want to add < and > to two other keys on my keyboard, and I want these symbols typed when pushing the said keys while holding down ALT GR.

Is there any easy way to do this? I'm not very good with this stuff. I briefly tried a software called SharpKeys, but I don't understand it at all.

Any help appreciated.

Laptops has a keyboard map that isn't M$ default. The FN and Alt GR are extended keys added (by the laptop manufacturer) to the map.
I use US international Keyboard and I'm using SharpKeys - Home to remap the . on the numeric key pad to ,

Thank you for the reply. So is there no way to do what I asked? I tried SharpKeys but it's too comprehensive to me. I could figure out how to change one key into something else (like A into B or whatever), but I was not able to understand how (if it's even possible) to add a function (to be accessed by holding ALT GR or FN) to an already existing key. Can someone clarify if this is possible and how exactly would I do it?
