Remembering Passwords

When I go to a new website that requires a password, a box pops up from Win 7 and asks me if I want to "Remember This Password". There is one site that I clicked NO the first time I used it. What can I do to get Win 7 to remember the password for that website now?

Some web sites will not allow it for security, but for the others

Make sure the next time that you check in, the box, rembember ID is not checked.
Then go to tools>internet options>>auto complete settings and then set it.

If that does not work, you can go to your cookie file, delete the cookies for the sites in quesiton and then you will be asked,again like you were originally.

The easy way to delete cookies, if it works for this scenario, is to delete browsing history and do a clean disc.
Tools>delete browsing history

Very welcome bigmck, lets just hope that at least one suggestion works.

Some cookies may be in hidden files.
Go to contol panel>folders>view>untick hide hidden folders>untick hide protected folders.

The go to computer>users>users name. (your account name)>appdata>roaming>microsoft>windows>cookeis>low.

I do Firefox rather than IE but I also use a Login AddOn that works sort of like Opera Wand. Anyway, there's a bookmarklet that helps when sites don't want to let you remember the password. If you google "remember password bookmarklet" you should find it. You fill in the login, then just before pressing the button, you hit the bookmarklet.

Because I can use the SecureLogin AddOn to log in just by clicking a key, I auto-delete all my cookies when I close the browser. You don't always know what's in those cookies. I'd rather just clean 'em all off when I unload the browser.
