Remote desktop connection & keyboard

i am a german with a workstation and a notebook with spanish keyboard.

after each remote session (notebook desktop on workstation) numlock is enabled on the notebook.
my notebook has no number block, each time i have to press an unpleasant
FN keystroke.

simple solution is to press num onces before releasing the session.
and when remote desktop is closed one again num lock.
