Remote Desktop Connection Problems

Hello,
I have realised my Remote Desktop Connection doesn't connect to my VPS, my VPS is up and running however it doesn't connect. I tried to re-download it however I was unable to find any Windows 7 downloads. Here are a few pictures:

Have you tested the connection using ping, traceroute, or telnet ?? Telnet isn't in Windows 7 by default, but can be installed, as I recall.
