A customer of mine is having trouble with a remote desktop connection. When he opens the connection and enters his login details and hits connect RDP crashes. I tried turning off local resources like printers but it didn't help. The code in the event log is 0xc0000374 and i managed to make a crash dump but i'm not really sure how to read it properly. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

) and it turns out that error was a "heap corruption" which was caused by "BLEtokenCredentialProvider.dll" Which turned out to be a driver for a bluetooth dongle plugged into the laptop. Once we removed the bluetooth software everything was working again.
