Remote desktop printing

hi guys, i have a problem in printing documents using RDP, every time when I log on to Remote desktop to use our company system and when I print the document came from our system, the result was so unreadable, but when i print any ms excel or ms word file locally it was clear. can you help me what is the problem why it is happening?

Does the system you are using with RDP have the correct Printer Drivers installed? Have you tried the following: go to Control Panel>View Devices and Printers (Underneath Hardware & Sound), right clicking the printer and left clicking Printer Properties, then printing a Test Page?
