Remote File uploading help!

Hello!
Are there any special utility give Remote upload without user interaction (user web browser) . I mean if i select transfer file with in 2 sever and submit direct link than that site automatically upload that file from one sever to another after close web browser.

I'm telling this kind of process.
Another 3rd party handle this process. Because of if i want transfer 3GB file then i can't close my web browser until that process finished. so if my network connection lost then i again start this process.
