in Btec lelve 3 I.T. we are doing comptuer systems and leran that you can remotly log of comptuer a comptuer using CMD

How i would i do this
if i had two laptop on running Xp the onw i want to trun off and one running windows 7 the i wnat to trun it of from
both connected to the same router on the same work group
