Remote Web Workplace and Windows 7

I have two laptops sitting side by side. Both running Windows 7 Professional. My server at work is SBS 2003. On one laptop, I can run RWW and connect perfectly. On the other I get to the login screen for connect to client desktops and after selecting the client desktop, I get nothing. At the bottom left of the screen I see "Done", but nothing further happens. Could someone tell me what I need to check or what I am missing.
