My Dell tower has Windows 7 Pro with a 64-bit OS. When I opened up the Control Panel, I noticed that there was Adobe Flash 32-Bit there, yet I could not remove it (elusive) nor could I find it in my Revo Uninstaller list or under Remove Programs . . . or under regedit (Run) under the Software categories.

Is there any way for me to track down this 32-bit program . . . and any other 32-bit programs that SHOULDN'T be in my PC and remove them?

Are all your browsers 64 bit? Seems unlikely. Anyway this page seems to have instructions how to remove flash. Evidently there's yet another removal tool you need to use:

Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

It may be for an older version so check if the removal tool applies to your version when you download.

One problem with removing all 32bit programs is that many programs only come in 32bit versions. Until they come out with a 64bit version, your kind of stuck with the 32bit versions.

One reason windows 7 always creates a program files(x86) directory so that those programs will be installed there.

There isn't any problem to running 32bit programs under 64bit versions of windows as most know how to behave. and the OS will take care of allocation of memory and such.
