Solved remove app with that small icons

how to remove app with that small icons?



why it's come?

and also my questin is why it's come only some application?

ok, that is the icon for run as administrator.
if you right click the icon and select properties, in the properties window that opens there should be a checkbox for run as admin, uncheck it.
if you cant see it look for an advanced button and see if it is there,
im using windows 8.1 so i cant see it exactly as you do .
but it is there somewhere,
the reason it is showing is because you must have had it run as admin or installed as admin.
