Is there is a normal way to remove it(without manual registry editing)
I don't have anything encrypted nor I'll ever encrypt anything and I know what I must delete from the registry but is there is some way like uninstall or something like that.

Currently the service is stopped,I don't have encrypted drive nor a single encrypted file but the context menu is still there and it's active(kinda...it's starting BitLockerWizardElev.exe)

I don't see anything related to BitLocker there

Well I don't have 7 ultimate and I haven't messed around with bitlocker on my Vista install so I'm not completely sure where it is. Since I was unable to find any instructions on how to remove it perhaps it is integrated into the OS and cannot be removed. That said perhaps someone else here can help you but I don't have enough experience with bitlocker to do so nor can I experiment. I will however say that if it is integrated I would not try to remove it as that could damage the OS. If bitlocker is disabled and not active then what would it hurt to leave it?

Why did you buy Ultimate in the first place ?

I agree, just ignore it, you`ll never know it`s there.
