Remove notification icons from taskbar

i want to remove notification icons from taskbar. but not all the icons. can any one help me??????

Right click on the notification button (the one that expands the notification tray) and configure which to show and which to hide.

without hiding can i remove it permanently?? without terminating the program

Nope. That would defeat the purpose anyways. Hiding them makes then go into the popout tray that comes up when you click the button.
