remove reset password windows 7 logon screen

is there any way i can remove or disable this option so it will not show up if the wrong password is used ?

i have been looking all over the internet and the only information's i have seen are on how to use this or how to crack/change/recover the password and i want to prevent this or at least make it harder to do, so it will take more time to do it

I guess this is against forum rules, also secondary account!

it is the same image but not the same user i didn't want to use and image of my login screen

Given that you're asking the very same thing that the other thread does, why not just wait for the responses there and follow up on that?
Creating a duplicate won't help in any way.
