Remove User picture from start menu?

Hello, is this possible? Thanks.
Edit: What I want to do is remove the entire picture space so that the start menu can extend all the way to the top.

You will need the program Restorator to do this get it -=> Here
You will also need the HexEditor VXI32..

1. Open the mssytles file in Restorator 2007 Extract variant > normal
2. Open the normal file in VXI32
3. Ctrl + G
4. Enter 0144c8 in decimal and press OK
5. Replace 01 with 00
6. Save
7. Drag normal file back into restorator replacing the original
8. Save
9. Restart themes service

Does the msstyle have to be from the original aero theme to
work with that address? When I follow your instructions. I cant put letters in the search field for decimal. Ive tried to go there manually and the value there is 60
