Solved Removed My documents form C drive

So I moved my documents to my D drive. However, when I wanted to change the location back, I accidentally removed the D drive form the documents in the C drive, in libraries. Now, I can't find my documents. I want to restore my documents so that it's on my C drive, and not on my D drive ( the my documents folder and files are now linked with my D drive, and I don't like it).

Also, when I click on restore default libraries nothing changes

Ok, I made the Disk show.
