Removing a USB driver

May be a silly question, but how do I remove a driver that was installed when I was using my USB Flash Drive?

I second that. I just accidentally deleted my USB driver when fixing my graphics card (don't ask how) and my keyboard and mouse stopped working. It took a PS2 keyboard and a System Restore to get them back.

I doubt that the driver for that device is hurting anything. I'd leave it alone, too.

Under Device Manager if you click on the Action Option you will see a few more options, one of them will be "Scan for Hardware Changes", click on it and it will start to get all of the usb drivers that it can find.

What I do when I have usb errors is to go to Device Manager\Universal Serial Bus Controllers and start deleting all of the USB Root Hubs I am allowed, you will delete the driver for the mouse and keyboard so you're only alternative is to do a hard reset or restart, go ahead and do so, when windows restart again, it will search and install all of the usb drivers and fix any conflict with IRQs you may have as well.

I have never crash a PC by doing this and it may not be the right way to do so but, I am not a PC guru so I stick to what I know and works for me
