Removing Country code from google

You fine people here given me the directions ( That I misplaced), on how to get rid of
the country code in Google Chrome. Though I live in Puerto Rico and is a commonwealth of The USA, there are times when I don' get the results I need with this code.
Could you please send me the instructions again

How To Access Google USA From Other Countries?

if you use firefox then you can drag the search window url to your home icon and it will set as your homepage, then use an addon like new tab homepage so whenever you click a new tab it opens the google seach window.

Thanks for the reply. But it's not the one I was not the one I was looking for.
The one I was looking for had a small app that you ran through the "RUN" command.
Or you edit it through the note pad. Thanks anyway
