^^ what?

Now, to answer your question, it could be done, need to find a compatible matte screen + some laptop dismantling. If you have some tech skills you may do the swap yourself, or leave it to a qualified technician. Google for laptop screen replacement for your model, and see what you find, then evaluate price+trouble vs living with it as it is and buying a new\better laptop in the future.

Yes, replacing the screen in a laptop is actually one of the easier jobs if you are mechanically inclined.
It is best to disassemble the display portion and get the model number of the existing screen to use in finding the correct replacement in a Matte finish. The Brand and model number is on a sticker on the foil backing of the screen (You need both). Then put it all back together while waiting for your new screen to arrive.

A reputable repair shop could do the job in a hour. Probably $75US in labor.

Keep in mind that a Matte screen works by diffusing the light. This works for the light around you reflecting off the screen, but also does the same, to a more limited degree, for the light coming from your screen. This results in a slight dithering effect for the content on your screen, particularly with text. Some people notice this right away, other do not. It is subtle.
