I don't mean the Pictures library and the Includes 2 locations.. I want to remove the header below those.
In the libraries it was previously without the header and I can't seem to find a way to make it go back to being that way.
Is there a way to return it back to how it was without moving the folder to another location?

on a white space within the folder area right click and select none for the Group By option

as its fixed im gonna hijack, when i looked at my library pictures folder i noticed this folder and opened the folder location ,its rather odd ,its spanish for sample images ,where did that come from then ?

As that is the Spanish for Sample Images I can only suspect that someone has been playing with Language options and a remnant has been left
