Removing Orb's ToolTip

I've already changed the Orb button, but does anyone know how to change/remove the text 'Start' when I hover over the Orb?

I did find this (How To: Remove or Change The Start Button Balloon Tool Tip in Windows), but I just can't get it to work on my machine.

I do not know how to remove it but did you read all the way to the bottom of that it looks like if you installed service pack one it will not work. But if you haven't it looks like others have got it to work.

Haven't installed SP1 yet, going to wait a few weeks & read more reviews then.
I'm going to try to change/remove the text once again once I get some extra time.

Well, after a little fiddling & testing, I was able to change the text (it now reads: Hello).

I also found out that it does indeed have a text-length limit, it seems to be 79. I tested this using the phrase:
This is just a test to find out if there is a text-length restriction to this balloon.

When hovering over the Orb, it just reads:
This is just a test to find out if there is a text-length restriction to this b

Remove/Change Orb’s Balloon Tool Tip
Warning
REMEMBER TO BACK UP ALL EXPLORER.EXE.MUI FILES!
These instructions are for a Windows 7 (any flavor) 64Bit system.

Go to each folder below & Take Ownership of ‘explorer.exe.mui’. If there is a problem saving the files, try to Take Ownership of the containing folder.

1. C:\Windows\en-US
2. C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US
3. C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-explorer.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385 _en-us_61e778c48d52d19b
4. C:\Windows\winsxs\wow64_microsoft-windows-explorer.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385 _en-us_6c3c2316c1b39396

1. Using Resource Hacker, open the file ‘explorer.exe.mui’ located in each folder mentioned above.
2. Navigate to String Table 34, line 533 & edit/delete as wanted.

3. Once edited/deleted, click the Compile Script button. (Leave quotes if just editing).
4. Save & close Resource Hacker.
5. Run the file mcbuilder.exe. as ADMINISTRATOR.
6. Once the Command Window closes, restart comfuser to see the change take effect.

I can't take full credit though, I learned this at The Windows Club website; I just edited the instructions a bit & added some info.

I also wrote this up myself b/c I like my OS tips showing exactly what I did to get my desired results.
