Removing this this brightness(look inside), is it posible?

I would love to have a mono color on this buttons.

Do you think is it posible? I dont like to run software for customization but anyway if there is software or something I would like to know.

Just start digging around for themes. If you open up the theme window there is a link that will take you to micosoft's collection which has some good ones (keep in mind you can still tailor them after installing them so just look for what you want then you can go in and tweak it a bit after installing it

Those themes are default Windows Aero themes so all of them have the same brightness effect on the buttons.

Welcome to the Seven Forums

If you are using the default aero theme I can change that for you, using Windows Style Builder and post it here in a zip folder.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.

Bongo, yesterday I decided to make a small changes for my windows(wallpaper and taskbar color) but now Im starting to explore a bit this world of customization and rigth now Im not sure if I will keep that style, I think I will try some new styles.

You're welcome, there are thousands of different styles out there you should be able to find something you like.
