Right clicking on the Recycle Bin on the desktop and renaming it should also change the name of it in all window titles as well.

Click to expand... I think he means that when you delete a file, is still says recycle bin, instead of the custom name Mine is called S*** bin, but it still shows up like this when i delete a file:
