Solved Renaming the Administrator account in the Audit mode

HI

In the Audit mode of Windows 7 SP1 with an only active account (the Administrator account), how do I rename it and put it a password (for security) using the command line without this causes malfunction in the system or unexpected things when I will go in the OOBE mode.

You can't do that in Audit Mode.

Exit Audit Mode (boot to OOBE), enable built-in admin account and rename it.

I am sorry, Balubeto. Your post somehow gave an impression you know this stuff better than average. I answered your question, did not even think you would need help in changing the name of the built-in administrator account once you have exit Audit Mode, but as is custom here at SF I wanted to link you to a tutorial in case you need it.
