Hi there,
as of a stupid faulty LAN-driver by Intel/Sony, I got horrible problems with BSOD's and graphics failures and due to my stupid unsystematic approach it took me a while to fix it. (Simply: Installing newest ethernet drivers after I found out they were responsible.)
As of now, my system (Win 7 Pro x64) is a total wreck, can't open either my explorer or my substitute program (Directory Opus), opening the context menu crashes the explorer.exe and often I just can't (left-)click on something. Problems uninstalling and installing stuff also.
Now, how do I again start & proceed with the Windows repair without losing any data or having to reformat?
(The awful European Sony support was no help at any time...)
If you're curious to further investigate into my issue I attach you the log file that "sfc /scannow" (download here (10,1 MB)) brought as well as the log file of my failed installation try of avast virusscan. (No I don't have a virus/malware, checked for that at least!) Funny enough in safe mode everything works, this is also where I installed avast then.
Should I run any other scans in your opinion? I think I'd just should repair it.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards
PS: I hope/assume you don't consider this issue for the BSOD forum, as I already fixed it. But of course you're free to move it!
