Reparing MBR after deleting Ubuntu

Wow, Ubuntu was a major pain to delete. After deleting/re-installing Ubuntu just to be able to get a MBR, I was finally able to get EasyBCD to set a new Windows MBR. But, when it boots, both Windows (WDP/W7) installations have (Recovery) next to them? How do I resolve this? They both boot fine, just unsure why Recovery is listed next to each and would like to correct it.

What is the other OS besides Win7?

You can edit the name shown on Boot Screen using EasyBCD Edit OS menu.

For others: the procedure to recover Win7 when it fails to boot is to mark Win7 Active, then boot into System Recovery Options to Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

The procedure to remove Ubuntu is to delete it's partition, mark Win7 partition Active, boot into DVD/Repair CD to Startup Repair 3 Separate Times to repair or rewrite the System boot files to the Active partition, then from Win7 install EasyBCD to add the other OS.

This can be done from free Partition Wizard bootable CD which can also recover the Ubuntu partition space as desired, and the Rebuild MBR feature on the Disk tab after highlighting target HD may preclude the need to run the Repairs.
