Repeat BSODs shortly after loading desktop

This is my third thread (marked others as solved....clearly I was wrong). My computer will BSOD 3-5x after a restart within 1 minute of loading the desktop, then it will just behave like a normal computer. It does not do this in safe mode. So far I have been told to remove DaemonTools and Avast, which I have done. Minidumps are attached though I am totally open to doing something to help specify the culprit.

Of note, this problem occurred very early after installing Windows (ie the same day, not many programs installed). No idea if it is pertinent, but I have a Win7 update key and, in the interest of having a clean install without having to go through the hassle of re-installing XP again (it was a new machine), I used the method of changing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/ MediaBootInstall from 1 to 0, then using CMD for "slmgr /rearm" as described in option 2 here in order to bypass the preposterous requirement for having a pre-existing XP installation (why they didnt just ask for my XP key is beyond me).

Yeah I saw that guide. Would really prefer to avoid a reinstall; do you think the source is buried deep in the windows architecture from a bad install? I bought the key online so I had to DL a .iso from windows, so if that is bad I cant really fix it....

I wouldn't know if the ISO was bad or not, and I've had it where hardware was the cause of a bad install, so it could be anything. I'll ask Gregrocker about the best place to find an ISO for ya, and he might know a bit more on how to help you out.

We haven't had to have the qualifying OS installed to use Upgrade version since Vista, nor does it ask for it's key during install.

Instead the booted Win7 installer will see any OS and allow use of UPgrade version key during install. If the HD is new or wiped, MS allows a workaround to avoid having to reinstall the qualifying OS. Easiest is to leave the Product Key blank during install then afterwards do the quick registry workaround given here: Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version
