Repeated BSOD at random times (gaming or just on the Internet)

Hello,

I've tried my best to research this myself and have attempted to delete and reinstall several Drivers as that seemed to be the primary cause in most threads I found, however my BSOD problem has persisted.

The error message I receive on reboot is as follows:
