Solved Repeated BSOD Ntoskrnl

Just reinstalled windows 7. I am using an upgrade media doing a fresh install.

I repeatedly keep getting BSOD's. I've attached the most recent minidump file for reference. I am racking my brains trying to get this fixed.

HELP!!

Your logs are incomplete, important files are missing that we need to analyze your issue/s. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.

There's one dump file in your logs which is showing a couple of issues.

 AMD DRIVERS

Your ATI driver has been flagged. Download the latest driver from here and save it to your desktop. Download DDU and follow http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html to remove all traces of your current driver. Reboot and install the downloaded driver.

I've updated the drivers, so far no problems. I am going to wait a few days before marking solved because I've gone decent time between BSOD's. I would've had the full logs from the previous windows install, but I reformatted before pulling them and running the diagnostics utility.

Still getting nailed. It's my graphics card I think. I keep reading about this atikmdag.sys and I can't get the issue to go away.

This youtube had the fix. Removing Windows update (KB2670838) fixed it.
