Repeated Missing or Corrupt Files

I have run most of the 'fixes' to try and get my Win 7 Home Premium system to boot properly.

After doing most of the fixes available I ran SCF and it fixed a couple of issues but I was still getting file missing or corrupt when I tried to boot my system.

I ran SCF a second time but todate I have had to manually replace the following files:

fltmgr.sys
ksecdd.sys
NETIO.SYS
tcpip.sys

I have backed up the above and replaced them with ones from the X: drive and rebooted the system each time. I now have fwpkclnt.sys showing as missing or corrupt.

Can anybody suggest a solution to this problem or do I have to contunue replacing earch file until my system boots sucessfully.
Thanks,

If you are replacing files and they are not from current updated system they will fail any files replacing needs to be at current update

Do a system file check.
Open a CMD window as Administrator and type
sfc /scannow

If it finds any problem on the first scan, repeat it 2 more times, rebooting after each scan.

My machine wont boot to win 7, I have to use the installation disk and cant open the cmd window as admin.
I have used the shift+F10 keys on the first screen to get to the dos cmd and have run SFC with the off parameters.

The first time it found errors and the second two times it found nothing. I have tried to run SFC /scannow but it wont run saying that there is a System Repair Pending.

When I try to boot into win 7 I now get fltMGR.sys missing or corrupt. If I replace this with the file off the X: drive then it will report more errors until it reaches fwpkclnt.sys and when I replace that, I end up with a BSOD.

Any suggestions would be welcomed,
Thanks,
Pete

Please edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs. It will help us to help you.

Is your disk a MBR or GPT?

Boot from the installation disk and hift+F10 keys on the first screen to get to the CMD.
Type:
diskpart
list volume (identify the letter assigned to your windows partition)
exit

Now do a off line sfc
sfc /offbootdir=X:\ /offwindir=X\Windows (replace X with the volume letter found with diskpart list volume)

I will edit my profile after making this post.

The SFC command I used was:

SFC /scannow / offbootdir=E:\ /offwindir=E:\windows (E: is the C: drive on PC with the operating system)
