Repetitive bluescreen problem

I recently did a clean install of win7 pro x64 on my computer with following specs:

I also installed Battlefield Bad Company 2 which I have been playing a lot without problems before I did the clean install of win7 a couple of days ago. However, after playing for about 20-30 minutes or so, the computer totally freezes and the error I get after a forced reboot is:

I have tried a couple of things that was suggested in other threads on the forum but nothing has worked so far. I don't know what to do at this point, I hope some of you can help me out here.

This is look like a hardware problem.(cpu maybe?)
For first step please,
If you Overclock STOP.Set everything back to factory settings.
Update Chipset/Bios
Clean any dust from the case.
Check system and CPU temperatures in bios.
You can also check temperatures in windows with Speccy - System Information - Free Download

For better results close all applications first,then run prime95.

sorry for the delay but there are the results of running prime95.
I am pretty sure that all my drivers are up to date. The only possible part of my pc that has not been updated would be the BIOS. how do I upgrade that?
