Replaced Fx-8350 and still getting x124 Hal.dll BSOD

Please help! I have replaced my fx8350 with a new one and still getting BSOD X124 with Hal.dll error. This happens when running stress test in less then 90 seconds. No over clocking done just stock settings in bios. I can play games fine at least so far with no bsod. It just happened again while starting up MSI AFTERBURNER to set a fan curve for my gpu. Please help!
