Replacement for Nero Sound Tracks?

I need a program (preferably free) that works like Nero Sound Track. I want to import .wav from a cassette player so I can convert them to MP3. I have been using Nero with Bonk on my XP machine but need something for Windows 7.

Any recommendations?
